How am I travelling with my content consistency.

It’s March already!!

 

I’m not one for new years resolutions, but I did make a promise to myself that I would be showing up more on my Instagram for 2023.  My Content Creation Intensive is all about helping savvy business create 30 days of content in 2 hours. I’m taking my own advice and keeping up to date with my content consistency.

Here’s what I’m learning;

1. It’s easier to write when you’re away from the distractions of work,
2. Be patient with your creativity, it shows up eventually,
3. Mind mapping on big sheets of paper helps with creative flow and content ideas.
4. Canva is your best friend,
5. Your writing gets better the more you write.
6. You get more confident the more you write.
7. You get more clarity on your business direction the more you write.

On a side note, mind maps are my favourite way to expand words and get into the zone of writing for your website or social media. Its fast, easy, visual and before you know it – BOOM! – you’ve got 30 posts ready to go. Or 10 new ideas, or a new brand direction. Mind maps have endless creative potential for business owners.

Getting into a creative zone to map out large amounts of content is certainly a discipline that is worth cultivating, it’s one that pays high dividends for business owners. You’re in business for the long-game, and your social media strategy and discipline need to reflect this. Content consistency through proper planning and dedicated time relieves you future anxiety, while at the same time keeping your marketing rolling.

As a social media strategist, the biggest hurdle for long-term planning from business owners is both time and creative energy.
