Simple daily rituals, like a cup of tea away from your desk and distractions for 20 mins, keeps your mind aligned with your heart. Like lovers they connect to inspire you and your next move.
It’s up to us as biz owner to become our own self-lovers, because let’s be honest, the cheer squad is small. It can feel lonely and hard when others around us don’t understand our WHY, our drive and PASSION. Especially those close to us. This is where self-love becomes a tool for us biz owners. We become our own gurus in order to keep our light shining bright. This light navigates our path. Otherwise, without simple self-love rituals, we can get lost and feel incredibly lonely.
One of the greatest example I have seen of transforming power that comes from loving yourself was the miracle created by a long time client Kate Malvenan from It’s Not Kates Time .
Her story is that of movies – starting incredibly sad, then lifting me to incredible heights of inspiration as she navigates a path to healing herself of cancer. She now lives in the power of self love through this journey.
